Post-Christmas Break, Processing Times + Trading Hours
A little update:
- Odd Mountain will be open one last time before Christmas: Saturday, December 24th for reduced trading hours of 11-3.
- I will be taking a short break in the days following Christmas. This means responses to customer service enquiries may be a little slower, and order processing times may extend to up to 3 days. Though I will still aim to respond and ship orders as quickly as possible, I will be taking some extra time to rest and recover.
- It is my intention at this point to open the shop for reduced hours on the New Years weekend of the 31st/1st, though this is subject to change.
- I have suspended private shopping appointments temporarily while I take some time to reassess trading hours for 2023. I will announce any developments as they are decided.
